How To Submit Your Cards

Step 1: Decide Which Cards to Submit

Choose the cards you would like to grade with MGC. Make sure they are in good condition and ready for submission.

Step 2: Pay for Your Order

Complete your payment at checkout. Select your preferred grading service: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. Our quickest service is just 3 days! Once payment is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

Step 3: Complete Your Submission Form

After receiving your confirmation email, download and complete the submission form. If you're based in the UK, use the UK Submission Form. If you're located in the EU or internationally, use the EU & International Submission Form. The submission form includes the address label and all required fields for your order.

Step 4: Package Your Cards

Ensure all cards are securely packaged using semi-rigids or top loaders. If you don’t have these, you can purchase secure packaging from us. We cannot take responsibility for any damage to goods in transit, so ensure your items are well-protected.

Step 5: Send Your Cards

Send your cards using a tracked delivery service to the address provided on the submission form. We recommend using services with adequate compensation cover for high-value items. Be sure to include the completed submission form inside the package and place the address label on the outside. Please be aware: It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping when sending cards to our office. The payment for shipping at checkout only covers the return of your graded items, not the postage to send them to us.

Step 6: Arrival and Booking

Once your package is delivered to the MGC office, you will receive an email confirming its arrival and that your booking has been processed.

Step 7: Grading

Your cards will then go through our authentication and grading process. You’ll receive an email update when your cards have reached this stage.

Step 8: Cards Returned to You

Once grading is complete, your cards will be securely packaged and returned via your chosen delivery service. You will receive a tracking number by email. Upon receiving your cards, share the excitement by tagging us on Instagram or Facebook at @mgc_uk!
